En vacances dans le bordelais offrez-vous un dîner itinérant dans les vignobles des Côtes de Bourg
Il s’agit de dîners itinérants de château en château, à pied dans le vignoble bordelais des Côtes de Bourg, avec un guide, pour profiter des vins, des mets et des animations musicales, et rencontrer les acteurs du vin en Côtes de Bourg.
Les balades programmées pour cet été : au départ de Bourg les samedis 4 et 25 août, et le 8 septembre au départ de Bordeaux les jeudis 19 juillet, 9 et 23 août
L’oenotourisme fait partie intégrante des activités menées par le Syndicat Viticole des Côtes de Bourg.
Les Balades Gourmandes s’inscrivent naturellement dans ce programme où authenticité et simplicité sont de rigueur. Le circuit d’environ 5 km au total, commenté par un guide de l’office de tourisme et un « accompagnant vins » permet de découvrir trois châteaux viticoles. Chaque propriétaire fait visiter son domaine et déguster ses vins, un plat étant servi à chaque étape, en musique !
Programme depuis Bourg
18 h 00 : rendez-vous au CHÂTEAU FALFAS à Bayon sur Gironde. Propriété en biodynamie : visite des chais et dégustation de vins, apéritif et entrée seront servis en musique.
19 h 00 : départ à pied pour le CHÂTEAU COLBERT
Balade à travers le vignoble (environ ½ heure). Visite de la collection remarquable de matériel viticole du siècle dernier ainsi que des chais, et bien sûr, dégustation des vins de cette propriété.
Puis balade à travers les vignes jusqu’au CHÂTEAU DE COTS
20 h 30 : plat principal servi au Château de Cots,
22 h 00 : retour au Château Falfas pour vins, fromage et dessert, toujours en musique !

16 h 30 : départ en bus de l’Office de Tourisme de Bordeaux
17 h 30 : CHÂTEAU MERCIER – apéritif et entrée avec animation musicale
19 h 00 : balade à travers les vignes jusqu’au CHÂTEAU LES TOURS SEGUY où sera servi le plat principal, toujours en musique
20 h 30 : à pied à travers les vignes jusqu’au CHÂTEAU LA GROLET pour fromage et dessert
22 h 00 retour à Bordeaux.

Ces balades gourmandes programmées pour la première fois pour l’été 2012 s’annoncent comme un joli succès ; d’autres parcours sont déjà à l’étude afin de séduire un public toujours plus nombreux friand de découvertes oenologiques.
